The first Hands-On Process Operation Skills Trainer in the US!

We are thrilled to reveal our first installation of the DarbyTech / SimPlant Hands – On Process Operation Skills Trainer at Frank Phillip’s College, Texas! 

DarbyTech’s team arrived at Frank Phillips College on Sunday 24th of July 2022 to assemble the HPOST Skid. With the assistance of our US agents SimPlant Training, the skid was assembled over the course of two days with all the correct safety precautions put into place. As part of our installation process we include “Train the Trainer” sessions in which we provide comprehensive training for the educators to prepare them for teaching on the unit. The training given was a great success and allowed any questions to be answered in person.

Though in-person training was provided at the time of installation, DarbyTech offer support for our products to ensure that they are being used safely and to their maximum capacity. The HPOST is a substantial stepping stone in the industrial training equipment industry as it allows students to learn on real life equipment in a safe but true to life industrial environment.

This unit is spread across 450 square feet with the benefit of a staircase to a mezzanine level; offering plenty of learning stations with interchangeable student modules in mind. We wish all students at Frank Phillips College the best of luck for the start of this semester and hope they make the most of this fantastic unit!
